1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Triploko platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TENJIKU INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Triploko", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Platform Services
Triploko operates as a subscription marketplace connecting Indian travelers with verified Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and travel service providers across South-East Asia. Our Platform:
- Facilitates direct bookings between travelers and DMCs
- Provides information about travel packages, itineraries, and pricing
- Processes payments and booking confirmations
- Offers customer support for booking-related queries
- Does not operate as a travel agent but as a technology platform
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration: To book packages, you must create an account providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Booking and Payments
4.1 Booking Process: When you make a booking, you enter into a direct contract with the DMC providing the service. Triploko facilitates this transaction but is not a party to the contract.
4.2 Payment Terms: All payments must be made through our Platform using approved payment methods. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.3 Payment Security: We use secure payment gateways to process transactions. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
4.4 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us with your booking details and unique booking ID.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation Policy: Each package has its own cancellation policy as determined by the DMC. These policies are clearly displayed on the package details page before booking.
5.2 Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable according to the cancellation policy, will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
5.3 No-Show: Failure to show up for your booking without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings
- Ensure you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) for your destination
- Comply with all local laws and regulations at your destination
- Arrive at designated meeting points on time as per your itinerary
- Behave respectfully towards DMC staff, guides, and fellow travelers
- Not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Not interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
7. Travel Requirements
7.1 Documentation: You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents including passports, visas, health certificates, and travel insurance.
7.2 Health Requirements: Check and comply with all health requirements and vaccinations for your destination. We are not responsible for denied entry due to missing documentation.
7.3 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Role: Triploko acts solely as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by DMCs.
8.2 Service Disruptions: We are not liable for service disruptions, cancellations, or modifications caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemic-related restrictions.
8.3 Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability for any claim related to your booking is limited to the amount you paid for that specific booking.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Triploko or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
10. Reviews and User Content
10.1 Review Guidelines: You may post reviews and ratings based on your genuine experiences. Reviews must be respectful, factual, and not contain offensive or discriminatory content.
10.2 Content Rights: By posting content on our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content for promotional and operational purposes.
10.3 Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
11. Subscription Services
11.1 Subscription Benefits: Subscription members receive exclusive benefits as outlined in their subscription tier, including priority bookings, discounts, and special offers.
11.2 Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be notified before each renewal.
11.3 Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
13.2 Complaint Resolution: For any complaints or disputes, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to resolve all issues amicably and promptly.
